Conference Call Training Registration

A key part of the Managers Discussion Guide Program is the monthly half-hour conference call training session. If you are a guest or subscriber, please register below.

Program Introduction Registration

If you are a new subscriber to the Managers Discussion Guide Program, you are encouraged to attend a half-hour introductory conference call training. During this call you will learn how to get the most from your participation in the program, as well as how to lead the monthly discussions so they have maximum impact on your team. There are some nuances of leading these discussions that are different than leading typical staff meeting. We want to go over these so you have success leading your first discussion.

You must register to attend

You need to register for the session you want to attend, so we can make sure there is enough room for you on the call. After you've registered, you'll receive a confirmation email with the phone number to call and access code, as well as the PDF for this month's module. No need to read it beforehand, as that's what the call is for. But you will need to print it as you'll be writing on it.
